Starting with a Keihin 41mm FCR carb, a new FCR carb is completely disassembled all the way down to the throttle body for taper bore machining.

 

Where required, a billet intake bell adapter to fit 04/05 TRX450R is installed, so that the billet intake adapter can be machined to match the throttle body taper bore for maximum flow.

 

For 06/07 TRX450ER/R applications: customers can ship their existing OEM FCR carb to DRG for taper bore machining.  This only requires the main throttle body of the carb to be machined plus one billet 43mm venturi ring, without the added costs of an entire carburetor assembly

 

Not only are these 43mm FCR carbs excellent for TRX450ER/R applications, these carbs are the best for Yamaha YFZ and 400EX applications too!
