Starting with a Keihin 41mm FCR carb, a new FCR carb is completely disassembled all the way down to the throttle body for taper bore machining.

 

On 04/05 TRX450R applications, an FCR billet intake bell adapter must be used to adapt the stock  intake tube to the new carb.  Prior to the billet intake adapter being machined, the billet intake adapter into position to perfect the new machinied throttle body tapered bore.

 

For 06/07 TRX450ER/R applications: customers can ship their existing OEM FCR carb to DRG for taper bore machining.  This only requires the main throttle body of the carb to be machined plus one billet 43.5mm venturi ring, without the added costs of an entire carburetor assembly

 

Not only are these 43.5mm FCR carbs excellent for TRX450ER/R applications, these carbs are the best for KTM 450/505SX’s, Yamaha YFZ and 400EX applications too!
