Need your engine rebuilt because your racing, or you want more performance to race your buddies, or maybe your engine had a mishap?

No problem, give DRG a call and we can begin an aggressive engine rebuild schedule around your budget to maximize your dollar/hp return.

Start by shipping us your engine through an insured Shipping Carrier such as UPS or FED EX. Be sure you have the Shipper ship your engine in a Box-within-a-Box. Shipping your engine “in a box within a box” is an excellent shipping method to insure you will be awarded an insurance claim with the Shipper if damage results to your engine during shipment. The engine must be “floating” where an impact on the outer container will not damage the contents of the package. The box inside the outer box must be isolated from impact with at least 1” thick of foam. Be sure to document your shipment during the packaging process with photographs from your digital camera. Shipping across country to DRG in Maryland usually costs about $100 for Ground shipping. Check with your shipping carrier for exact costs.

After you have shipped us your engine, DRG can replace or upgrade the engine components with timely turn around. We can split the engine cases, update the OEM crankshaft, upgrade or repair the transmission, perform crankcase ventilation modifications, blueprinted your engine, add a kick-start option to an electric-start engine, install an OEM or lockout clutch, install a aftermarket piston kit, or even back-cut a transmission for drag racing.

These high performing engines require preventative maintenance to perform at their optimum levels. CRF and TRX engines utilize titanium valves which often wear exceptionally faster than stainless steel valves. DRG is able to perform valve seat refurbish or cut new seats to accommodate large diameter valves. Even if your engine just requires a seasonal overhaul, DRG can help.

All builds are internally documented using digital still photography and provided on CD to you, the customer, for future reference validating the quality rebuild process.

DRG is able to:

· Split engine cases to replace crankshaft, bearings, seals, transmission shift forks, tranny gears, oil pump

· Replace clutch assemblies

· Deck cylinder heads

· Bore cylinders

· CC pistons and Cylinder Head Compression Chambers using burets
