ATV RACE Engines

· Ability to instantly determine modification performance to determine its value in real-time

· Modeling Software ability to model hp and torque at the rear wheels

· Ability to import actual flowbench test data and model against other camshaft, exhaust dimensions, and intake tuned lengths

· Model with forced induction, Nitros, Race Fuel, or pump gas

· Model displacement changes such as going big bore, stroker setup, compare long rod or short rod, compression changes

· Predict cylinder pressures, intake velocities, exhaust conditions, volumetric efficiencies

· Model camshaft profiles and determine optimal timing,  or overlap duration for each application

Here at DRG, LLC., we utilize high tech modeling software to predict the physics of our race engines.  Most predictions the software makes have been compared against actual dynometer measurements and found to be extremely accurate to real-world data.  Simply by entering or changing an engine variable, the software instantly is able to predict and model the given engine performance of any modification we desire.

For example, suppose we wanted to increase static compression ratio, or change the camshaft timing or camshaft profile, or add stroke to the crankshaft, or tune the intake with different lengths, or adjust the front-to-back cylinder head flow rates to tune or bias the power curve, we can immediately make the change and visualize the gains even before we start turning any wrenches.
